Our Team
Byron Foster - Medical Director/Owner
Dr. Byron Foster is originally from Huntsville, Alabama. He graduated from Athens University with a double major in biology and chemistry and then completed his PhD in physiology at Auburn University. His research interests while at Auburn included regulation of the growth hormone/IGF-1 axis and hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis regulation and has multiple published papers on these topics.
Dr. Foster then completed medical school and residency at University of Alabama School of medicine and is board certified in Emergency Medicine. He also taught classes at Auburn University and Athens State University as an adjunct faculty member. He has completed advanced training in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Botox/filler administration.
When not in the office, you can find Dr. Foster spends time with his wife and boys, playing golf, tennis, and other sports such as wakeboarding and snowboarding. He is also a licensed private pilot.
Rachel Moore - Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Rachel has been in practice as a Physician Assistant for 11 years. She completed her undergraduate education at OSU in Stillwater, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nutritional Sciences.
From there she entered the Physician Associate Program at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center, where she graduated in 2007.
She currently resides in the South OKC area with her husband and two children. With a background in primary care, she is well versed in hormone replacement, weight management, and dermatology. She specializes in aesthetics, HRT and weight management to make patients feel better inside and out!
Rachel is certified in Lasers, Botox, Dermal Fillers and Body Contouring.
Taylor Tamage - Physician Assistant (PA-C)
Born and raised in South Oklahoma City, Taylor is passionate about serving the community she has always called home. She earned her undergraduate degree in Medical Imaging and Radiation Sciences from the University of Oklahoma in 2015 and began her career as an x-ray technologist, working in both the cardiac cath lab and orthopedic surgery.
In 2021, she graduated from the University of Oklahoma with her master's degree as a physician assistant and went on to build her career in orthopedic surgery, where she continues to work full-time today. Her surgical experience has given her a strong foundation in patient care, precision, and long term health outcomes - skills she now brings to her work at Revive.
As a longtime Revive patient herself, Taylor knows firsthand the powerful benefits of personalized wellness care. In December 2024, she joined Revive as a provider, specializing in hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss. Balancing both orthopedic surgery and wellness medicine allows her to provide patients with a truly comprehensive approach: not only restoring health and confidence, but also helping them feel and function at their absolute best.
Outside of work, Taylor enjoys spending time with her two dogs, S'mores and Poptart. She is also a diehard OU fan, especially when it comes to football, softball, and women's gymnastics. Whether she's cheering on the Sooners, relaxing with her dogs, or spending time with family and friends, she values the balance of health, happiness, and community.
She is proud to be part of the Revive team and is excited to continue serving the South OKC community where she grew up.
Natalie Mielke - Registered Nurse (RN)
Natalie is a registered nurse who received her nursing degree from Oklahoma State University and has spent the past 15 years immersed in the aesthetics industry. She has been providing aesthetic treatments for a decade now and the last 4 years specializing in injectables. She has built a reputation for both her advanced clinical skills and her ability to truly connect with patients.
Her artistry shines in full facial balancing, where she combines neurotoxins, fillers, skincare, and devices to create results that are natural, harmonious, and tailored to each individual. Known for her gentle touch and eye for detail, Natalie has completed extensive advanced training in injectables, lasers, devices, and skincare and pursues ongoing education to ensure her patients always receive the most cutting-edge care.
What sets her apart is not only her technical expertise, but also her ability to make patients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. She takes the time to create personalized treatment plans that honor each patient’s goals while keeping safety and natural beauty at the forefront. Her patients often remark on her approachable, calming presence and the trust they feel in her hands.
Outside the clinic, Natalie is happiest spending time with her husband, Ty, and their three little boys all under the age of four. Life is a wild ride with three kids so close in age, but it’s filled with laughter, love, and joy.

Timi Turbyfill- Certified Medical Micropigmentologist (CMM)
With over 20 years in the health and beauty fields, including 11 years of experience in the Aesthetic industry, Timi is a Certified Medical Micropigmentologist and Instructor. She is your go-to resource for quality permanent makeup, aesthetic, and body treatments!
Timi specializes in “3D Areola” tattooing, scar revision and restoration, “microblading” eyebrows, lips and eyeliner for permanent makeup. Other treatment services Timi offers are the following: Lasers, Neurotoxins, Derma Fillers, Laser Treatments, Micro-needling, Morpheus8 RF+ Micro-Needling, Dermaplane, Chemical Peels, Facials. As a certified ZO SkinHealth Expert, she is fabulous at creating anti-aging treatment plans specific for your individual needs!
She has a passion for helping others within the industry learn the art of permanent makeup. So, you will find her teaching at Revive Permanent Makeup Academy as well!
When Timi’s not in the office, you will find her spending time with her husband and two sons. She is also a “Bee Keeper" and "Chicken" farmer! She has a huge love for nature & gardening.
